Animal Essential Pet Enzymes & Probiotics |
Bacillus coagulans) - 600 CFU/g7 (?) (I have no idea what this means, are they trying to say there are 600 x 107 ) |
For cats add 1/4 teaspoon to each cup of food daily. |
100 g, $16.29 300 g $32.29 ($0.1629 and $0.1076 per gram) |
No gram weight for teaspoon given. Using the equivalent of 1 T = 10 g, ½ t = 1.67 g. = $0.27 or $0.18 for dog 60 lb. or more |
|
Comment: As this product illustrates, most enzymes come from microorganisms. Many of those are also considered “probiotic”. Most sources of probiotic microorganisms, especially “fermentation products”, also contain many enzymes. Feeding a quality probiotic also provides these valuable enzymes. In short, they help digest the pet’s food. In short, saying “enzymes” and “probiotics” is redundant. Uses dried fermentation products which have a lower CFU than pure cultures. |
